The 2014 Kalahari Augrabies Extreme Marathon 20 is done and dusted. Well done to the runners and the crew. 70 runners set out on day one and 65 (92%) completed the gruelling 250km race.
“The weather most definitely smiled on runners, but we are seeing that runners are coming to the event much better prepared and we attribute this to the very active social media community and the support and advice that is shared amongst runners”, said Dr Jann Killops who has just completed her 3rd KAEM as part of the medical team.
