Baby Nel: part three

Posted on 23 February 2015

‘”He lives.” It was as if I had been waiting for five months just to hear those words,’ says Ronelle Nel. ‘I wasn’t interested in how big the growth in his neck was; I just wanted to know that he was alive.’

Ruben  was discharged on 14 September 2014 following an operation to remove the cyst from his neck and is at home with his mom, dad and brothers in Calvinia.

Today he’s happy and healthy!
